2 Definitions

"Account" A registered user account created by an individual player on the gtv999 Platform.

"Balance" The total real-money funds held in a Player's gtv999 wallet, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4 Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold one (1) account only on the gtv999 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Registration Requirements

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.

Account Security

KYC Verification

Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before your first withdrawal request can be processed.

General Bonus Conditions

While we make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and service continuity, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may occur and access may be temporarily unavailable.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the gtv999 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of gtv999 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without express written consent from gtv999.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

Grounds for Suspension or Closure

Provision of false or misleading registration information.
Creation of multiple accounts or use of another person's identity.
Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct rules.
Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
Chargebacks initiated against gtv999 without a valid prior complaint through official support channels.

Upon termination of an account for cause, gtv999 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus abuse or fraudulent activity. Legitimately deposited real-money funds (net of any adjustments for fraudulent transactions) will be returned to the player's original payment method following the completion of any investigation.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned subject to KYC requirements and standard processing times.
